is a UK Marine and Subsea Engineering
consultancy based in Norwich. We provide a wide range of
services covering field development studies, economic
evaluation, risk assessment, front end engineering &
technical support from concept through field development

PDCM can provide a broad
range of project management and technical skills required
to overcome significant technical & commercial challenges.
In particular, specific capabilities include integrating
and managing the interfaces between mooring and
riser design, and assessing vessel operability (whether it be
FPSOs subject to multi-directional seas or installation vessels
with critical operating limits. Recent developments in a range of
software and analytical skills allows us to make optimum use of
technology to assist our clients in achieving their specific
objectives.
